The Vintage and Handmade Bride Magazine – Issue 2 on sale Thursday!!

We are absolutely brimming with excitement here at TVHB headquarters with Issue 2 in our hot little hands and about to go on sale nationally next Thursday 12th September.  Be sure to support your local newsagency and grab a copy, but if you find your local newsagency doesn’t have a copy we will have them for sale on our online store.

Our cover, shot by The Wanderers and The Wolves, features Ella Imms and is part of our unique wedding fashion piece featuring skirts for brides!  Hair and makeup is by The Beauty Case and Ella’s outfit is from Venice & Me including the gorgeous flower clip.

Also included in this issue is a fresh and colourful “Berry Brunch Elopement” inspiration shoot along with a DIY tutorial to make your own sewn paper garland that is featured in the shoot.  The fabulously talented and utterly lovely Gillian Bell Cake Girl also shares tips to make your very own layered crepe cake for a super cute cake alternative for the morning wedding.

We also got creative in the historic Tote Room at Eagle Farm Racecourse for a pretty mint and cream styled shoot.   It is such an amazing venue and we are really excited to be holding our next Brisbane wedding fair there in February 2014.

Of course we have our share of really gorgeous and really unique real weddings so you can all check out “how the other brides are doing it”.

Do yourselves a favour and grab a copy!!  Then be sure to drop us a line and let us know what you think, we love feedback from our readers so we can make each issue more and more awesome for you all.

A very special thank you goes out to my creative design team Samantha & Hannah for bringing all of my visions to life perfectly.  I couldn’t be happier with this issue!!!
