This outdoor 60’s styled shoot was inspired by the beauty of a late summer showers and the vibrant colours that they bring. As the warm seasons draw to a close I find myself obsessed with the simplicity of relaxed garden weddings and that unforgettable character of the ‘love and peace’ era. Combies, flowers, colours and music is what it was all about and I couldn’t wait to bring those elements to a relaxed modern wedding.
I am in love with this reception picnic spread. Feeding your wedding guests does not have to be a complex affair. Natural, locally grown produce is fantastic way to spoil your guests and really make your wedding an experience. Handmade napkins, locally produced food and wines and vintage features gives this picnic spread an elegant and unique character.
This shoot is all about the laughter, the love and the simple things. A huge thanks to Jennifer Gifford Designs for the ‘Summer’ gown as worn by our Bride and ‘ Edith ‘ worn by our Bridesmaid; to Cory Rossiter for the stunning photos and Jemma, at Embellish Events for the gorgeous styling and design.
