Shucked Coffee House

It always excites me when I hear about a groovy new location in Brisbane I haven’t come across before, particularly if it’s a space where they are keen to have more weddings take place within their walls!  Recently Leisa from Quirky Comforts teamed up with Little Vintage Days to style Shucked Coffee House and the awesome retro space that it is.  Even if you already have your venue sorted, or you have a massive guest list, don’t forget your vintage inspired hens party – what a groovy location this would be for a few coffees and cake with the girls!!

Quirky Comforts - Shucked Coffee House

Leisa describes, “Situated in the funky suburb of Newstead, Shucked Coffee House is known for it’s retro eclectic vibe, great coffee and fab breakfast. It is adding to that list by being a inner city uber’ cool wedding destination!!! Little Vintage Days and Quirky Comforts joined forces again to show you how super vintage chic your wedding could be at ‘Shucked’. Inside we chose to style the tables using quite pretty vintage pieces from milk glass vases to white bird cages to bring a bit of vintage ‘white wedding’. Outside we went for a very Vintage Shabby feel to contrast against the corrugated iron walls and cement flooring to showcase a sweet High Tea setting, perfect for your next wedding or Bridal shower event.
