Modern Day Wedding Balloons

Thank goodness we have come a long way since the 80-esque balloon decorations.  It seemed as though for a while there the options were either fake flowers and fake ivy or balloons wrapped around every single pole, floating from the ceiling and tied in hovering posies above each table.  Everything about this styling option for weddings was daggy and I’m not even going to post an image – we all remember!!

Today, the modern bride is reinventing the balloon in weddings and not only are we seeing oversized balloons, but gorgeous colours and cute little tassles to spruce up the latex sphere and make it something special.  Some clever little cookies are even using them as part of really elaborate table decorations and of course they are rapidly becoming a must have photo prop.
