As an architectural heritage conservationist I really love when the glorious old buildings in Brisbane are lovingly brought back to their former glory and made available once again for us all to enjoy!
The latest great new wedding venue in Brisbane is High Church, located on Malt Street in the Fortitude Valley. With views of the Story Bridge, the restored church now aptly titled High Church offers a unique creative space for brides and grooms. The venue can host up to 250 guests for a cocktail reception or up to 120 for a formal sit down reception. To top it off, weather permitting the venue also features a rooftop dining option for up to 60 guests.
What I think really makes this venue amazing is the fact that couples can book the venue and bring in their own decorators and even caterers to allow a huge amount of freedom that is rarely available in wedding venues today. Of course they do have an incredible catering and styling team that are available for those who fall in love at first sight with the entire team.
