When it comes to a garden wedding, or even a rustic or country inspired affair flowers simply are a must. They add that little touch of romance and softness, and really do bring all of your styling elements together. Winston & Rose create the most stunning bridal bouquets and also table centrepieces and they recently teamed up with our friends at Garden Party Vintage and created this wonderful inspiration shoot photographed by Danielle D’Arcy Photography.
This has to be one of my most favourite bridal bouquets at the moment!
Hydrangeas are a perfect choice if you are planning a 40s inspired wedding. The blue shade looks absolutely dreamy with the white details and a splash of silver and crystal.
A sheath of Calla Lillies is a gorgeous choice if you are planning a spectacular 1930s inspired wedding. They are oh-so-chic draped across your arm when strolling down the aisle in your slinky silk satin number!!
Gorgeous flowers aren’t they?… now that you’ve taken them all in what would you say if I told you every single one of those arrangements was made using synthetic flowers??? See when done properly artificial flowers can look as real and breathtaking as fresh flowers and you don’t need to worry about what’s in season, you just pick the flowers you love and they are ready to go. I’ve always been a fan of synthetic flowers as I had them for my own wedding and noone could believe that they weren’t fresh!!Flowers: Winston & Rose Photography: Danielle D’Arcy Photography Styling: Garden Party Vintage – photography, styling and prop hire
