With only 7 weeks to go until our big Vintage and Handmade Wedding Fair in Brisbane we have been busy getting to know all of the fantastic vendors who will be exhibiting on the day.
Over the coming weeks we will share our chats with each and every one of those businesses so that you can all get to know a little bit more about them before meeting them face to face on Sunday 18th August. Don’t forget to head to our Wedding Fairs page to get all of the latest information including details on the amazing prizes that will be drawn at the end of the day and get your tickets in advance to save yourself $5 each on entry.
The first of our vendors is Leanne from Bubbly Bridal Bouquets…
Can you tell us a bit about Bubbly Bridal Bouquets?
Bubbly Bridal Bouquets was created out of a passion of mine to create hand crafted flowers for my four beautiful daughters. After realising that I had made more flowers than my daughters would ever need, I created a bouquet and fell in love with it! I then showed the bouquet to a few ladies at my work and was immediately rushed with orders! I find inspiration in fabric be it new or vintage to make unique pieces for happy couples so that they can have a keepsake to remember their special day.
Can you describe your style for us?
I love creating flowers for bouquets that are perfectly crafted to ooze romance and beauty. My favourite bouquets are made with flowers that are ivory, dusky pinks and golden tones. I also love adding special touches such as embellishments of hand selected brooches and additions such as buttons, feathers and lace.
